Talk through your needs
Can I try Samelogic before signing up?
Yes. Install the desktop Chrome extension to try recording and element inspection before creating an account. You’ll need an account to save recordings to a workspace and share them. Explore the recording example.
Which plan should I start with?
Start with Free for a short recording and one active public replay. Starter adds longer recordings and more sharing capacity for regular team use. Choose Pro when you need more volume or room for more projects and teammates. The comparison above shows the exact limits.
Is the price per person?
The price includes the seat allowance shown for that plan. It isn’t multiplied by the number of included seats. At checkout, select a project to identify the workspace you’re upgrading.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay the full yearly amount in one payment. The per-month figure is that total divided by 12; it is not a monthly charge. Select Yearly above to see both the monthly equivalent and the full amount billed.
How does public sharing work on Free?
You can have one active public replay at a time. Make that replay private before publishing another. Paid plans use a monthly publishing allowance instead. Anyone with a public link can open that recording, so review its contents before sharing. Review privacy and access controls.
Where do I manage my subscription?
Open Billing from your project to access the billing portal for its workspace. Billing changes require permission to manage that workspace. If you need help choosing a plan, talk to our team.
